Can I run multiple groups?
Yes — you can own as many groups as you need, each on its own plan. A Crew group (30 members, £30/mo) and a Family group (5 members, £8/mo) are each billed separately.
How does the free trial work?
Your 14-day free trial starts when you create the group. A card is taken at sign-up but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your group settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Don't worry - your existing members and data remain safe.
